Getting Started

  • Home: Embark on a culinary journey and explore recipes you’ll love!
  • List: Recipe Collection + Shopping List = Your Perfect Kitchen assistant!
  • Create Recipe: Generate new recipes with AI and enrich your meals!
  • Meal Plan: Easily plan your daily meals and stop worrying about 'What to eat today?'
  • Personal Page: Easily manage your account details, subscription status, and purchases, and view your weekly menu and history. You can also adjust your personalized preferences and settings. For help,visit the Support Center.
  • Home: Browse Featured, Hottest, and Newest to get the best cooking inspiration!
  • Search: You can enter up to 3 ingredients in the search bar to quickly find suitable dishes.

Recipe: The recipe page includes a full recipe guide with ingredients and steps to help you cook with ease!

  • Cooking Time: Displays the estimated preparation and cooking time for the dish, helping you plan accordingly.
  • Cooking Difficulty: Indicates the difficulty level of the recipe, making it suitable for different skill levels.
  • Serving Size: Indicates how many servings the recipe makes.
  • Recipe Description: A brief introduction to the dish, including its flavors, background, or special characteristics.
  • Ingredients: Lists all required ingredients and their quantities to ensure you have everything needed.
  • Cooking Steps: Provides step-by-step instructions to guide you through the cooking process.

You can view others’ Cooksnaps in the recipe to see what they think about the dish, and also upload your own Cooksnap to show off your cooking!

After subscribing or purchasing AI generation credits, tap the “+” button in the bottom navigation bar to go to the AI Generate page.

Select three ingredients, set your dietary preferences, and tap Generate to create your personalized recipe.

If you are not satisfied with the generated recipe, you can tap Regenerate to generate a new one, or tap Reselect to choose different ingredients and settings.

Go to the Personal page and tap Dietary preferences to customize your preferences so the AI can generate recipes that suit you better.

Organizing Recipes

Found a recipe you like? Don’t just tap the heart—tap the bookmark icon to save it to your collections! Once saved, you can find it in “Collections” under the List tab.

  • Add ingredients to your shopping list in one tap for the recipes you want to try! Of course, you can adjust the quantity as needed! After successfully adding, you can find it in the "Shopping List" under the list.
  • Done shopping? Check off ingredients to keep your list organized!
  • To adjust the quantity of ingredients, tap the +, −, or delete icon next to the recipe item in the list, then press the Save button to apply the changes. Please note that if you tap delete and save, all ingredients under that recipe will be removed.

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime in the app settings. Changes to monthly plans take effect immediately. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change applies at the start of your next billing cycle.

Add the recipes you want to cook to your Meal Plan and make meal planning easier!

All recipes will first be added to "Unscheduled". Tap "Select" to choose recipes or the button next to the recipe to assign it to your desired date.

Tap the “Today” or “This week” tab at the top to view the recipes added for that day or week.

Tap the “+” icon on the right to add a recipe from your Collection, Browsing History, or AI Generated History.

Use the “<” and “>” arrows to switch between dates or weeks and navigate through your meal plan.

Subscription & Purchases

A:We offer two subscription options: Basic Plan and Premium Plan.

    The Basic Plan includes : XX recipes views, XX AI recipe generations, and Remove ads.

    The Premium Plan includes : XX recipes views, XX AI recipe generations, Remove ads, Get access to the weekly meal plan, and Early Access to New Features.

After subscribing, you can view your subscription status on the subscription page.

Yes, your subscription renews automatically every month, unless you cancel it manually before the end of the billing cycle.

No. Subscription-based credits reset every month and do not carry over. Please use them within the subscription period.

A:If you have completed your subscription but cannot use the subscription content, please try the following steps:

    1. Go to the subscription management page (iOS: App Store / Android: Google Play) to make sure that the subscription has been successfully paid and is still valid.

    2. Please try to log in again.

    3. If you still cannot use the subscription content, please provide your order number (Transaction ID) and contact us.

A:You can restore your previous subscription or purchases by using the “Restore” button in the app. Please follow these steps:

    1. Open the HAiCook app.

    2. Go to the Store or Subscription page.

    3. Tap the “Restore” button.

    4. The system will automatically check your Apple ID or Google account for valid past purchases and restore your entitlements.

Note: This action will not charge you again—it only restores items you’ve already paid for. If the restoration doesn't work, please make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used at the time of purchase.

A:If you have already tapped the “Restore” button in the app but still don't see your restored subscription or entitlements, please check the following:

    1. Check your account: Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) used at the time of purchase.

    2. Check your internet connection: Ensure your device has a stable internet connection, as the restore process requires communication with Apple or Google servers.

    3. Check if your subscription has expired: If you purchased a subscription, confirm whether it is still active. Expired subscriptions will not be restored.

    4. Restart the app: Sometimes restarting the app helps refresh your purchase status. Try closing and reopening the app.

    5. Wait a few minutes and try again: It may take some time for the server to respond. Please try tapping “Restore” again after a few minutes.

If you’ve confirmed all of the above and the issue still persists, please contact us or email our support team. We will assist you further in resolving the issue.

A:If you have run out of credits, you can:

    1. Subscribe to a HAiCook plan: Subscribe to the Basic Plan or Premium Plan to get more recipe views and AI generations.

    2. Purchase additional credits: Visit the Store to buy extra recipe views or AI generations anytime and unlock more content.

    3. Wait for credit renewal: If you have a subscription, your credits will automatically refresh at the start of each billing cycle.

    4. Contact us: If your subscription credits are not updating, please contact us and provide your order number (Transaction ID / Order ID) or a screenshot of the successful purchase (showing the amount and date).

A:If you have not used your purchase,please request a refund through the platform where you made the purchase:

  • iOS App: If eligible under Apple's refund policy, please visit Apple’s official refund request page, select your HAiCook order, and submit a refund request.
  • Android App: Google Play allows users to request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. If eligible, go to Google Play Order History, find your HAiCook order, and select "Request a refund."

If you have any questions, please provide your(Transaction ID) and contact us, and we will assist you.

Please note: Purchased recipe views or AI generations are considered digital goods. Once used, they may no longer be refundable. Refund eligibility is subject to Apple and Google Play policies.

A:If you want to cancel your subscription, please follow the cancellation process based on the platform you used to purchase VIP:

*The payment date and cancellation rules are different for each channel, please follow the rules of that channel.

  • iOS App: Go to App Store to cancel.
  • Android App: Go to Google Play to cancel.

Please cancel 2 days before the payment date to facilitate the process. Cancellation on or before the payment date will take effect on the next payment date.

A:According to HAiCook's Terms of Use, when you subscribe to HAiCook, you have agreed to.

After cancelling your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, but your access to the Service will not be affected by the cancellation during the remaining period of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to use the Service and the information and digital content provided and updated therein until the billing cycle expires.

Account registration & login

You can sign up with your email or instantly register via Apple / Google login.

You can log in using:

  • Email login: Enter your email and password, then click Sign In.
  • Apple / Google login: Click "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google" for quick access.

Currently, HAiCook does not support linking multiple login methods (email, Apple, or Google) to the same account。

If you initially signed up with Apple or Google, you must log in using the same method.

If you registered with email, you can only log in using email + password.

If you can’t log in, try the following:

  • Ensure you entered the correct email and password.
  • If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot your password?" option to reset it.
  • If using Apple or Google login, make sure HAiCook is authorized to access your account.
  • Make sure your device is connected to a stable network.
  • If the issue persists, please contact us.

If you forget your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  • 1. Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page.
  • 2. Enter the email address you used when registering, then tap "Send Verification Email".
  • 3. Check your email inbox, open the password reset email from HAiCook, and click the verification button or link to set a new password.
